Desirable

A background in travel or SaaS industries would be advantageous, as it gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.

What you'll do

As a Product Design Manager at TravelPerk, you will lead the design team in creating innovative solutions that enhance the user experience across our platform. You will be responsible for defining the design vision and strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall product roadmap. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, you will oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the design iterations. You will also mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.

Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform design decisions, as well as facilitating design workshops to encourage team collaboration and ideation. You will present design concepts to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles and ensuring that the final products meet both user needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the design process and elevate the quality of our products.
