You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. What you'll do
As the Director of Regional Sales, you will lead a dedicated sales team focused on expanding GitLab's presence within civilian federal agencies. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive new business and expand existing accounts. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will act as a co-captain in steering the sales organization towards achieving ambitious revenue goals.
You will coach and mentor your team, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, setting clear objectives, and ensuring that your team is equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively engage with clients. You will also work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs.
