You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in building and nurturing partnerships. Your experience in the tech industry, especially with software solutions, has equipped you with the knowledge to understand customer needs and market dynamics. You are adept at strategic thinking and can develop initiatives that align with business goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with partners and internal teams alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the success of your team and partners. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and can manage your time effectively to meet objectives.

What you'll do

As an Ecosystem Sales Manager at GitLab, you will lead initiatives to expand our partner ecosystem in Brazil. You will work closely with regional sales leadership to identify potential partners and develop strategies to recruit and enable them. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are equipped to help customers implement GitLab solutions effectively. You will analyze market trends and partner performance to refine strategies and drive growth. Building strong relationships with partners will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their needs and how GitLab can support them.
