What you'll do

As a Support Engineer on the U.S. Government Support team, you will be the bridge between support and engineering, helping government agencies implement and run GitLab in challenging environments. You will troubleshoot issues, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure that customers can leverage GitLab's full capabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to product improvements based on customer feedback. You will also be responsible for creating documentation and resources to assist users in navigating GitLab's features.
