What you'll do
As a Teacher’s Assistant (Floater), you will assist teaching staff in implementing afterschool program activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and supported in their learning. You will supervise children and youth in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and school yards, while enforcing all relevant policies and procedures. Your role will involve floating between different classrooms to provide assistance where needed, helping to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
You will collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive atmosphere that fosters learning and growth.
