Who you are
You are an ambitious individual eager to accelerate your career towards becoming a Country General Manager at Glovo, one of the fastest-growing tech companies. You have a background in top-tier consulting, investment banking, fast-moving tech startups, or entrepreneurial ventures. You are a sharp thinker who can navigate uncertainty and scale operations effectively. You are driven by the desire to make a difference and are prepared to take full P&L responsibility in one of Glovo’s key markets or business units.
What you'll do
As part of the GM Pathway Program, you will join a group of future leaders on a hands-on journey that prepares you to lead and grow a market. You will define and execute strategies to win, focusing on growing top-line revenue, improving operational efficiency, and defending against new competitors. You will own and run the business, taking full responsibility for key business challenges and driving growth across regions. Your role will involve collaborating with high-performing teams and ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued.
