Glovo is seeking a Retail Partnership & Growth Manager to scale the Retail vertical in Romania. You'll be responsible for strategy and execution across various non-food retail categories. This role requires strong commercial and people leadership skills.

What you'll do
In this role, you will own and scale the Retail vertical in Romania, focusing on non-food categories such as pharmacies, pet stores, and electronics. You will develop and implement strategies that drive growth and enhance Glovo's market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential retail partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful onboarding and integration into the Glovo platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to create compelling campaigns that resonate with customers and drive sales.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine your strategies continually, ensuring that Glovo remains competitive in the rapidly evolving retail landscape. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
