What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the legal strategy for Glovo's operations in Spain, focusing on employment law and the gig economy. You will provide legal advice to various departments, ensuring that all business practices comply with local and international regulations. You will be responsible for managing litigations and disputes, developing strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with the gig economy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create policies that empower and protect the Rider community while aligning with Glovo's mission. You will also engage with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies to advocate for favorable legal frameworks that support the gig economy. Your role will involve training and educating internal teams on legal compliance and best practices, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
