TravelPerk is hiring a Sales Development Representative Team Leader to manage and coach a team of outbound SDRs in the Spanish market. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting your team’s development. This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in sales.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales and team leadership, ideally with experience in managing outbound sales development representatives. Your ability to coach and motivate a team is complemented by your understanding of the sales process and market dynamics in Spain. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping your team succeed.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey strategies and objectives to your team. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess performance metrics and implement improvements. You are adaptable and can navigate challenges while maintaining a positive team culture.
What you'll do
As the SDR Team Leader, you will oversee a team of 8 outbound SDRs, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance. You will set clear goals and expectations, ensuring your team is aligned with the company’s sales objectives. Regularly reviewing performance metrics, you will identify areas for improvement and implement training sessions to address skill gaps.
You will collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion. Your role will involve developing strategies to optimize outreach efforts and improve lead quality. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
