What you'll do

As the Legal Director at Glovo, you will lead a team of 10 lawyers, overseeing a wide range of legal issues from contract negotiations to compliance matters. You will report directly to the General Counsel and serve as a trusted partner for business stakeholders. Your role will involve navigating regulatory complexities and ensuring that the company operates within legal frameworks while enabling innovation. You will manage both internal legal teams and external counsel, ensuring that all legal advice is aligned with the company's strategic goals.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies that support the company's growth and operational objectives. This includes advising on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance issues. You will work closely with various departments to provide legal insights that drive business decisions and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
