Glovo is hiring a Senior Category & Buyer Manager to oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of product assortment within Micro-Fulfillment Centers. This role requires expertise in procurement and digital merchandising to drive growth and optimize inventory.

You have a strong background in category management and procurement, with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment. You understand the intricacies of product assortment and have a proven track record of driving sustainable growth through effective inventory management. What you'll do
As the Senior Category & Buyer Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of product assortment within our Micro-Fulfillment Centers. You will lead the procurement process, ensuring that we maintain optimal inventory levels while maximizing profitability. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform product selection and pricing strategies.
You will collaborate closely with the digital merchandising team to create compelling product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
