You have extensive experience in human resources, particularly in business partnering, and understand the nuances of organizational design and talent management. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to shape the culture and future of GoDaddy. You will lead change initiatives that align with the company's goals and values, ensuring that all employees feel valued and included. Your responsibilities will include running experiments to block bias in hiring and promotion processes, as well as implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. What we offer
GoDaddy offers a competitive salary range for this position, with targeted base pay in Canada between $128,500.00 and $192,500.00. We believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees with the tools and support they need to thrive.
