Job Description
Who you are
You have experience as a Corporate Paralegal, managing corporate governance and compliance for multiple entities. You are skilled in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, ensuring that all necessary filings are completed accurately and on time. You understand the importance of maintaining compliance across various jurisdictions and are familiar with the tools and software used in entity management.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling a large portfolio of entities while ensuring that all documentation is systematically filed and easily accessible. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying compliance issues and addressing them before they become problems.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of over 100 entities across 25+ jurisdictions, ensuring that all corporate governance information is maintained and filed correctly. You will draft and review essential documents such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and corporate resolutions. You will also prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and route documents for review and signature.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the maintenance of corporate entity compliance, including jurisdictional qualifications to do business and managing annual reporting processes. You will contribute to the company's annual reporting process by managing information and maintaining drafts of annual filings. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all corporate governance requirements are met and that the company remains compliant with local regulations.
