Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, with at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles where you've driven product adoption and operational success. Your expertise in CRM integrations and project execution allows you to effectively support Enterprise customers in achieving their fundraising goals. You excel in managing timelines and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to lead operational meetings and review progress with customers. Your ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable insights is key to your success. You are passionate about helping nonprofits leverage technology to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Desirable

Experience working with fundraising platforms or in the nonprofit sector is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and project management tools will enhance your ability to drive initiatives effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of Enterprise organizations, ensuring their operational success on the GoFundMe platform. You will lead monthly operational meetings with customers, reviewing their progress and adoption of platform capabilities. Your role will involve managing project timelines for major initiatives, such as Studio activation and Embedded Checkout rollout, to ensure that customers achieve their fundraising goals.

You will collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers to deliver a world-class customer experience that drives growth and value. Your technical coordination skills will be essential in helping organizations fully leverage the GoFundMe ecosystem. You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for improvement and providing insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
