What you'll do

You will work closely with contractors to understand their needs and ensure that the platform meets their expectations for scalability and reliability. You will lead initiatives that drive contractor growth and retention, making an immediate impact on the user experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to align product strategies and execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the platform and its offerings.
