What you'll do

As a Training and Development Specialist at GoodLeap, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that set employees up for success from day one. You will work closely with the Senior Training and Development Manager and departmental leaders to design scalable and sustainable learning solutions. Your role will involve developing targeted remediation training and supporting change management initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and employee needs. You will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
