Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and bring at least 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry, particularly with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products. Your experience includes engaging with accounts and selling a portfolio of products at the C-level, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales processes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your background includes experience with business and legal negotiations, working collaboratively with procurement, legal, and business teams to close deals effectively. You have a deep understanding of Google Cloud computing technologies and have successfully promoted these solutions to organizations across various geographies, particularly in the automotive sector (OEMs).
You possess the ability to present analyses and break down technical concepts into simple terms, making it easy for both technical and non-technical audiences to understand the value of the solutions you offer. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the benefits of technology in a way that resonates with diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead account strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities within the automotive sector. You will work collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to understand each customerβs technology footprint, growth plans, and business drivers. Your responsibilities will include driving business development, forecasting, and achieving goals by guiding customers through the entire business cycle.
You will play a key role in understanding the needs of your customers and help shape the future of how businesses use technology to connect with their customers, employees, and partners. Your efforts will contribute to Google Cloud's mission of accelerating organizations' ability to digitally transform their businesses, ensuring they see the benefits of technology come to life.
