Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in cloud native architecture within a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders, translating customer objectives into integrated Cloud solutions across multiple domains. You possess experience in cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms, and you are fluent in Mandarin to support client relationship management in the region.

Your technical expertise extends to programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, and conducting customer workshops. You are familiar with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing. You have experience in driving the entire business cycle in industries like Gaming, Digital Native Apps, Manufacturing, and Physical AI, and you are adept at building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers.

Desirable

Experience in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Security, Networking, Migrations, or SAP is preferred. You have a strong understanding of migrating applications and services to cloud platforms and defining delivery and consumption plans for execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical engagement during the solution phase and facilitate the post-sales transition by supporting pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams. You will maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan and provide support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting integrated Cloud solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of these solutions.

You will collaborate with various teams to drive customer success and satisfaction, ensuring that the solutions provided meet the objectives set forth by the clients. Your role will also involve continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and methodologies in the cloud space, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
