Overview

Google is hiring a Practice Customer Engineer for Cloud AI to provide deep technical consultation to customers and build lasting relationships. You'll leverage your expertise in machine learning and cloud technologies to support customer engagements across various locations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes experience with machine learning model development and deployment, as well as familiarity with AI agent orchestration frameworks and integrating models into autonomous workflows. You are comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders, showcasing your ability to demo and workshop with customers using your programming or technical proficiencies.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technical field and experience in building machine learning solutions with specific architectures such as deep learning and convolutional networks. You have a strong understanding of scalable, distributed systems and are proficient with frameworks for deep learning, AI accelerators, and machine learning APIs. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to emerging technologies in the cloud/IT space sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a technical advisor, providing deep technical consultation to customers and building lasting relationships. You will leverage learnings from customer engagements to contribute to reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team. Your responsibilities will include documenting, prioritizing, and driving resolution of customer feature requests and issues within Product and Engineering management systems. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them leverage Google Cloud's capabilities effectively.
