Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your expertise includes application development and integration, particularly in architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources. You are skilled in presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Your coding experience spans multiple languages including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, and Java, which you use to demo, prototype, or workshop integration patterns with customers. You have a strong understanding of search systems, including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning, which enhances your ability to deliver effective solutions. You are familiar with frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or the Google AI Agent Development Kit (ADK), which you have used to develop agents in cloud environments.
You possess knowledge of integration patterns using OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI agents with business systems and API Gateways. Your understanding of Application Integration Governance and Security, including OAuth2 flows and short-lived credential management, ensures that you can implement secure and efficient solutions. Additionally, you are knowledgeable about observability constructs, including distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI applications, which are critical for maintaining high-quality service.
Desirable
Experience with iPaaS, API Gateways, or Enterprise Service Buses (ESBs) in a cloud environment is a plus, as is familiarity with functional evaluation metrics used to assess Model Quality and Agent Quality. Your ability to travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events demonstrates your commitment to being a public advocate for Google Cloud.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with customers to demonstrate and prototype integrations in their environments, leveraging Google Cloud products. You will document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues within Product and Engineering management systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented.
You will be responsible for architecting solutions that integrate AI models with enterprise data sources, utilizing your expertise in cloud-native architecture. Your presentations to technical stakeholders and executive leaders will help drive the adoption of Google Cloud solutions, showcasing the value they bring to businesses. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their growth.
