Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes deployment planning, orchestration, and change management, allowing you to effectively engage with and influence technical stakeholders and executive leaders. You are proficient in programming languages and systems design, with a strong ability to debug and resolve technical issues. Your experience extends to Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, and Cloud AI, showcasing your versatility in the cloud domain.

You have a solid understanding of Google Cloud products and can differentiate them from competitors. Your ability to work with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers is a key strength, and you have experience in guiding customers through organizational change to adopt new cloud-powered business processes. You are also familiar with the development or implementation of AI agents in enterprise environments, which adds to your technical prowess.

What you'll do

As a Senior Outcome Customer Engineer, you will drive the initial and ongoing revenue ramp for our SaaS customers, ensuring they maximize their investment. You will manage and execute deployment plans, transitioning scoped license agreements into production while providing technical leadership to customers and partners. Your role will involve identifying expansion opportunities for new license agreements during project execution, and you will track the progress of license agreements to move customers from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible. You will also focus on driving sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value and secure future agreement renewals.
