Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes deployment planning, orchestration, and change management, allowing you to effectively engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders. You are fluent in both English and Arabic, which enhances your ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Your technical expertise includes programming languages and systems design, enabling you to debug and resolve complex issues. You have experience with Google Cloud products and are familiar with Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, and Security. Your proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python and Java allows you to accelerate customer delivery and remove technical blockers.
What you'll do
As a Senior Outcome Customer Engineer, you will drive the initial and ongoing revenue ramp for our SaaS customers by managing and executing deployment plans. Your role involves transitioning scoped license agreements into production and ensuring that customers maximize their investment in Google Cloud products. You will identify expansion opportunities for new license agreements during project execution and drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value.
You will collaborate closely with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers and guide customers through the organizational change necessary to adopt new cloud-powered business processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring successful deployments and customer satisfaction.
