Overview

Google is hiring an Account Executive for their Mid-Market Sales team to manage enterprise clients in China. You'll leverage your expertise in digital advertising and consultative sales to drive business success. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing. If you hold an advanced degree, 3 years of relevant experience is sufficient. You have a proven track record of managing Chinese enterprise clients and possess the ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English, which is essential for supporting client management in this market.

You excel at building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders. Your experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients has equipped you with the skills to influence C-level stakeholders effectively. You have a solid understanding of traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics, along with comprehensive product knowledge across digital advertising products.

Your storytelling ability allows you to build compelling narratives that engage clients, and you are adept at developing joint business plans in ambiguous environments. You can strategically assess and solve customer needs using effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling techniques. As a member of the Google Customer Solutions Sales team, you focus on customer success and prioritize delivering an excellent experience to Google's advertisers.

Desirable

Experience coaching teammates to expand their skills and contribute to overall team success is a plus. You are comfortable collaborating with specialists, engineers, and product teams to generate plans that define business goals, strategies, and metrics for success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with mid-market clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Your ability to influence and engage with C-level executives will be crucial in establishing long-term partnerships.

You will also be tasked with creating multi-quarter plans for growth, prioritizing customer experience, and coaching teammates to enhance their skills. By generating actionable insights and strategies, you will contribute to the overall success of the Google Customer Solutions Sales team.
