Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms, and you are comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders. You possess strong programming skills, debugging capabilities, and experience in systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops. Fluency in Polish is essential for this client-facing role.

Desirable

Experience selling technical solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, and Security is preferred. You have a track record of driving the entire sales cycle, from defining delivery plans to transitioning them for execution. Your experience includes building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers and migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. Familiarity with security concepts like encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing is a plus.

What you'll do

As a Customer Engineer at Google Cloud, you will help customers transform their businesses by leveraging cloud technology. You will lead technical engagements during the solution phase and facilitate post-sales transitions by supporting pricing activities and ensuring the final delivery plan is transitioned to implementation teams. Your role will involve maintaining awareness of progress against the delivery plan and providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp-up, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. You will also engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their success in the cloud.
