Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in cloud native architecture within a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, and familiarity with virtualization or containerization platforms. You excel in engaging with technical stakeholders and presenting to executive leaders, showcasing your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Your programming skills are complemented by experience in debugging, systems design, prototyping, and conducting customer workshops. You are fluent in Polish, enabling you to support clients effectively in a client-facing role. You have a strong understanding of security concepts, including encryption, identity management, and access control, which are crucial for the technical solutions you provide.
Desirable
You have experience selling technical solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, and Security. Your ability to drive the entire sales cycle, from defining delivery plans to transitioning them for execution, sets you apart. You have a proven track record of building long-term technical strategies that uncover new workloads with customers, particularly in industries like Finance, Manufacturing, Energy, or Telco.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Google Cloud Platform team, helping customers transform their businesses with cloud technology. You will lead technical engagements during the solution phase, ensuring that delivery plans are well-defined and executed. Your responsibilities will include facilitating post-sales transitions, supporting pricing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams during ramp-up, delivery, migration, or implementation phases.
You will maintain awareness of progress against delivery plans, providing support to ensure successful outcomes for customers. Your expertise will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
