Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes cloud engineering, virtualization, and containerization platforms, allowing you to effectively engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders. You are fluent in Estonian, enabling you to support Estonian client businesses effectively.

Your experience includes programming languages, debugging, systems design, and conducting customer workshops. You have a knack for presenting technical solutions and driving the entire business cycle, from defining delivery plans to transitioning them for execution. You are skilled at building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers and have experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.

Desirable

Experience in selling technical solutions related to Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, and Security would be a plus. You are comfortable driving technical engagements and facilitating post-sales transitions, ensuring that delivery plans are executed smoothly.

What you'll do

As a Platform Customer Engineer at Google, you will be at the forefront of helping customers transform their businesses using Google Cloud Platform. You will lead technical engagements during the solution phase, working closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Your role will involve facilitating customer workshops and providing support during the ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases.

You will maintain awareness of progress against delivery plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will be essential as you engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also be responsible for driving the adoption of Google Cloud technologies, helping clients realize the full potential of their cloud investments.
