Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or business operations, with a strong background in sourcing talent either at a recruitment agency or within an in-house team. Your expertise includes global talent strategy and headcount management, allowing you to navigate complex hiring logistics effectively. You excel at translating complex data into structured insights and strategic reports for executive leadership, showcasing your analytical mind and ability to influence stakeholders. You are adept at managing high-volume functions while maintaining performance in fast-paced environments, ensuring that you deliver a high-touch, professional experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through Google's hiring process and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed. You will optimize interview processes and technical assessments through collaboration with interviewers, enhancing the overall candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include navigating complex hiring logistics, such as work authorizations and labor laws, to ensure seamless cross-functional delivery.
