You thrive in a changing and collaborative environment, understanding the nuances of working with creators and media companies. Your experience includes analyzing channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and providing actionable recommendations. You are adept at maintaining open communication with creators to understand their goals and guide them on best practices for business generation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop separate growth strategies for a portfolio of creators, media companies, and creator service providers. Your focus will be on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities. You will analyze performance data using YouTube Analytics to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to your partners.

You will promote relationships with creators, ensuring that communication remains open and constructive. Your role will involve guiding creators on best practices for YouTube business generation, including brand agreements and alternative products. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops that address partner or category needs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
