You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. Your background includes working with C-level executives and managing agreements or partnerships, showcasing your ability to navigate complex business environments. You possess strong relationship-building skills, enabling you to cultivate trust and rapport with external partners while effectively driving solutions to complex issues. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills allow you to present ideas clearly and facilitate events of varying sizes. You have project management experience, adept at handling multiple time-sensitive projects and solving critical problems through analysis. Your understanding of the creator economy landscape and deep relationships within the talent representation industry set you apart.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Partner Manager at YouTube, you will work at scale with talent agencies and management companies that represent influential creators, celebrities, and athletes. You will manage day-to-day operations with partners, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests while analyzing data to proactively identify opportunities to grow your partners' businesses on the platform. Your role will involve producing analyses and recommendations to optimize performance as part of a review cycle with managed partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Policy, Communications, Finance, and Legal, to bring the right solutions to key partners. Your ability to align and influence internal and external stakeholders around common goals will be crucial in driving success in this role.
