Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or creator services. Your background includes working with C-level executives and managing agreements or partnerships effectively. You possess strong problem-solving and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes. Your ability to analyze data to create actionable insights for external partners sets you apart, and you excel in building relationships and cultivating trust with stakeholders.
You have a deep understanding of the creator economy, video, media, or entertainment industry, which allows you to navigate the creator landscape effectively. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills enable you to facilitate events and deliver presentations that resonate with diverse audiences. You thrive in cross-functional environments, aligning stakeholders around common goals and driving initiatives that enhance partner performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a critical thought-leader for YouTube and the Influencer Marketing ecosystem. You will identify industry trends and gather intelligence to provide guidance to internal teams, helping to scale brand agreements on YouTube. Your responsibilities will include producing analyses and recommendations to optimize partner performance as part of a regular review cycle. You will collaborate with multiple teams from YouTube and the Global Business Organization, including Product, Go-To-Market, Business, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Operations, to deliver the right solutions to key partners.
