You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 3 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes recruiting in the APAC region, particularly with knowledge of hiring in South East Asia. You possess a unique ability to balance creativity and drive, thriving in environments that are rapidly changing and often ambiguous. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret various data sets to identify patterns and develop actionable solutions. You are motivated and have a strong sense of urgency, which drives your work ethic. Excellent communication, content development, and presentation skills are among your strengths, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will represent the Google brand enthusiastically and work to build a robust talent pipeline for Google’s Sales and Tech organizations. You will partner closely with various business units to drive key programs and recruitment strategies that enhance Google’s efforts to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruiting delivery teams and third-party vendors, to ensure the efficient execution of industry programs. You will manage recruitment efforts across the South East Asia region and collaborate with teams across APAC markets to develop strategies that increase recruiting efficiency.
