Plaud is seeking a Talent Programs Specialist to enhance hiring processes and optimize the talent pipeline. You'll work closely with the HR/Talent Acquisition team to drive initiatives that attract and retain top talent. This role requires 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations. You possess strong project management skills, enabling you to lead and facilitate complex hiring discussions effectively. Your proactive, problem-solving mindset drives you to create exceptional candidate and hiring experiences, and you excel in communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Desirable
Experience in vendor management is a plus, as it will help you evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for process improvement and program management, which will be instrumental in enhancing our hiring processes and employer brand.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, designing and implementing streamlined and scalable hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency. You will conduct data-driven analysis of our talent pipeline, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for proactive sourcing. Utilizing recruitment analytics, you will provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage and create content for various employer branding channels, including the career page, social media, and industry events.
You will lead or support various talent acquisition projects, such as internship programs, campus hiring, or diversity and inclusion initiatives, contributing directly to our organizational growth and success. Your role will be crucial in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top talent.
