Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience promoting IT business solutions and executing territory business strategies. Your background includes partnering with technical staff to build business cases and implementation plans, as well as identifying use cases to solve customer problems. You have experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors. Your knowledge of Google Cloud is strong, and you possess the ability to connect and engage with executive stakeholders as an advisor and thought leader. You are skilled at driving business growth across industry-specific use cases and have the necessary promoting skills to build relationships with both Business Development Managers and Customer Engineers.
What you'll do
As a Sales Specialist at Google, you will be responsible for growing our business by building relationships with new and existing customers. You will develop relationships with external customer stakeholders, identifying ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole. You will partner with internal Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Sales teams to grow their businesses and drive overall value for GCP. Your business cycles will include a combination of productivity use cases, as well as working with Product teams to help our customers build new products. You will articulate key solution differentiators and the business impact, developing and executing account plans, including an enterprise plan across key verticals. Working closely with Google Account and technical teams, you will develop and drive pipelines while providing your expertise. You will execute Go-To-Market business plays and related efforts with the Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform Partners.
