Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space. Your expertise includes identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges and selling Customer Experience technology to clients. You excel in engaging with, presenting to, and building relationships with executive leaders, demonstrating your ability to influence and advise at a high level.
Your experience includes working with financial services customers, promoting Customer Experience, Generative AI, and the AI technology stack. You have a strong understanding of regional, local, and industry data privacy and security rules and regulations, which enables you to navigate complex compliance landscapes effectively. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Product, Field Sales, Customer Engineering, and Solution Architects to develop compelling business cases for transformation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist customers in identifying GECX and AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. You will articulate key solution differentiators and measurable business impacts, ensuring that clients understand the value of our offerings. Your responsibilities will include developing go-to-market strategies, driving pipeline growth, and providing an excellent prospect and customer experience.
You will work closely with various teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their challenges. Your ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders will be crucial as you act as a business advisor and thought leader in AI. You will also manage partnerships in complex implementation projects, collaborating with global system integrators and packaged software vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
