Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space. Your background includes identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges and selling Customer Experience technology to clients. You excel at engaging with executive leaders, presenting solutions, and building strong relationships. Your experience includes promoting Customer Experience, Generative AI, and AI technology stacks, particularly in the context of US retail customers. You have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Field Sales, Customer Engineering, and Solution Architects, to develop business cases for transformation and implementation plans. You understand regional, local, and industry data privacy and security rules and regulations, and you have the ability to influence executive stakeholders as a trusted business advisor and thought leader in AI.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist customers in identifying GECX and AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. You will articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact of these technologies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to develop go-to-market strategies, driving pipeline, and ensuring an excellent prospect and customer experience. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions that enhance their customer experience. You will also work closely with partners in complex implementation projects, managing relationships with global system integrators and packaged software vendors. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve the sales strategy.
