Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing. You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and manage relationships in this market. Your experience includes managing relationships with customers or agencies at an executive level, and you have a strong understanding of the apps industry or product area. You thrive in a matrixed organization and are willing to travel for client meetings and training as needed.

You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success. You act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Building trusted relationships with customers is second nature to you, as you uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions that help them achieve their most ambitious goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the customer's growth trajectory by identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities. You will work closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, demonstrating Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with large customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding business growth goals.
