Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and deployment planning, orchestration, or change management. You are skilled in programming languages, debugging, and systems design, and you have experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
You have a strong preference for experience in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security. Familiarity with Google Cloud products and the ability to differentiate them from competitors is essential. You have a proven track record of working with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers and guide customers through organizational change to adopt new cloud-powered business processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the initial and ongoing business growth ramp for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customers, clearing blockers and ensuring they maximize their investment. You will manage and execute deployment plans, transitioning license agreements into production while providing ongoing support. Your responsibilities include driving and tracking the progress of license agreements, moving customers from agreement to consumption, and identifying expansion opportunities for new license agreements during project execution. You will also focus on driving sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value and secure future agreement renewals.
