Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in the mobile devices space, particularly focused on business-to-business (B2B) accounts. Your background includes leading and managing B2B partnerships in the smartphone segment, where you've developed an analytical sales approach that emphasizes building strong relationships with clients. You are fluent in both English and German, which is essential for this client-facing role in the DACH market.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, having experience working in distributed cross-functional teams both internally and externally. You possess the ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial and business benefits, and structure agreements while discussing terms with partners. Your problem-solving skills enable you to manage ambiguity and scale effectively across a large organization, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable

Experience in Android Enterprise is a plus, as is a track record of managing end-to-end partnerships. You are comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, which allows you to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners in the B2B/reseller space in Germany. You will launch new partnerships, capitalize on business opportunities, and plan go-to-market and promotional executions. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you resolve issues and track key metrics to identify trends that can drive business growth for Google hardware.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive implementations that improve the business of Google hardware, ensuring that you understand the smartphone B2B and carrier business landscape in Germany. Working closely with legal teams, you will discuss and execute agreements that align with business objectives. Your role will also involve developing long-term relationships to optimize the value derived from partnerships, collaborating with executive-level stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

What we offer

At Google, you will be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe diverse teams build better products. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development, allowing you to take Google Hardware to the next level.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, along with a culture that promotes work-life balance and employee well-being. Join us in making a significant impact in the mobile devices space and help shape the future of technology in the DACH region.
