Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role — you've successfully built and nurtured relationships with various types of partners, including VARs and technology partners. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners sets you apart, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards common goals.
You are results-driven and understand the importance of enabling partners through comprehensive support and resources — you thrive in environments where you can influence partner engagement and drive business growth. Your experience in the DACH region gives you insights into the local market dynamics and partner landscape, allowing you to tailor strategies effectively.
You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work — you appreciate the flexibility that allows you to maintain productivity while fostering strong relationships with your team and partners. You are passionate about technology and its potential to drive positive change, aligning with Asana's mission to help teams work better together.
Desirable
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with managing partnerships in this space. A background in sales or business development can also enhance your effectiveness in this role, as you will be responsible for driving revenue through partner channels.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the face of Asana for channel partners in the DACH region, responsible for building and managing a thriving partner ecosystem — you will collaborate closely with the Head of EMEA Channel Partnerships to shape the future of channel business across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Your primary focus will be on enabling partners through training, resources, and support to ensure they can effectively represent Asana to their customers.
You will work with a diverse range of partners, from value-added resellers to systems integrators, ensuring they are equipped to deliver value to Asana customers — you will develop and implement partner enablement programs that align with Asana's strategic objectives. Regularly assessing partner performance and engagement will be key to your success, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
You will also collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partner efforts with company objectives — your ability to communicate and coordinate across teams will be essential in driving successful outcomes. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to define the vision and goals for the partner ecosystem, ensuring that Asana remains competitive in the market.

With a hybrid work model, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from home while also benefiting from in-office collaboration on designated days — this balance allows you to maintain strong connections with your colleagues while also enjoying the autonomy of remote work. Asana is committed to your professional growth, offering opportunities for development and advancement within the company.
Join a team that is dedicated to building technology that drives positive change in the world — at Asana, you will be part of a mission-driven organization that values diversity and inclusion, ensuring that everyone feels they belong. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe in the potential of every individual to contribute to our success.
