Technical Account Manager • Senior

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with Cloud or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers. Your background includes experience in unified communications and collaboration, as well as enterprise productivity solutions. You are familiar with identity solutions such as Google Endpoint Management (GEM) software and have experience with scripting for automation, code development, and low code/no code solutions. You have worked with System Integrators/Service Providers (SIs/CSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and you can communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to engage with local clients.

You have a strong understanding of productivity technologies and how they can integrate with AI, IoT, and A/V systems to deliver next-generation user experiences. You are capable of articulating and presenting the value of Google AI to executive audiences, including CxOs and technology stakeholders. Your experience in practice building and working in a cloud computing environment has prepared you for this role, where you will act as a technical advocate within Google for Google Workspace technology partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate the adoption of Google Cloud products by educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses. You will develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement complete solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing best practice advice to customers and acting as a liaison between Google Workspace technology partners and Google Engineering teams. You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure that clients receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs, while also gathering feedback from the field to inform product development.
