Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes working with the Large Language Model (LLM) life-cycle and understanding new and emerging capabilities of AI systems. You excel at managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and have a proven ability to influence stakeholders at executive levels. Your investigative capabilities allow you to bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations, and you thrive when working independently to complete projects from end-to-end in a timely manner.
You believe that a problem isnβt truly solved until itβs addressed for all, which aligns with Googleβs mission to create opportunities for everyone. As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You are comfortable explaining analyses and recommendations to executives while also discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional program teams to influence alignment on program goals and strategy. You will develop relationships and communicate findings to all levels of management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Your responsibilities will include leading the deployment of AI-first, AI-centric, and AI-assisted solutions to automate high-complexity content moderation and fraud detection workflows. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Enforcement teams to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas, contributing to Googleβs Trust & Safety initiatives.
