Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience in technical systems. With 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, you have a proven track record of leading complex projects and managing teams effectively. Your leadership experience spans at least 5 years, where you've successfully guided teams with or without direct reports.
Your expertise includes 2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, particularly in automated Risk and Fraud environments. You understand the lifecycle of Large Language Models and are familiar with the capabilities of emerging AI systems like Gemini. You possess the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects, utilizing your engineering expertise to plan requirements with internal customers. You will manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate them effectively to project stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with business goals.
You will act as the primary connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Enforcement teams, translating goals into prioritized roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include driving alignment across various teams and leading training on emerging AI tools. You will manage critical feedback loops necessary to refine performance and ensure system functionality for full-time employees and external workforce.
