Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Technical Account Management or Solutions Consulting. Your background includes experience with web technologies like HTTP, APIs, XML, and JSON, and you are skilled in troubleshooting technical integrations. You are proficient in a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript, which you use for automation and data analysis.
You excel in project management, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work independently while navigating ambiguity. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you have a passion for data, focusing on delivering excellent user experiences. You are also experienced in growing operations through process automation and managing third-party vendors, leveraging new technologies to enhance service delivery.
Desirable
Experience with leveraging APIs and LLMs is a plus, as is a strong understanding of technical issues faced by internal and external partners or customers. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at integrating partner feedback into local strategies, ensuring that the solutions you provide are tailored to meet specific needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full life-cycle of partner onboardings and process improvement projects, documenting best practices to standardize content accuracy and integration quality across all vertical markets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to integrate feedback and drive improvements in service delivery. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues for partners and customers, ensuring that their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
You will advocate for Googleβs users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. This involves representing user needs with product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate engagement with Google's products. You will also oversee operations to broaden quality coverage and resolve technical issues, ensuring that all processes are optimized for user satisfaction.
