You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of pre-sales activities and are skilled at leading technical presentations that resonate with clients. Your experience in onboarding and integrating solutions for enterprise clients sets you apart as a subject matter expert in your field.
Desirable
Experience in identity verification technology or risk management solutions is a plus. Familiarity with API integrations and mobile SDKs will enhance your ability to support customers effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in customer success will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Jumio, you will lead pre-sales activities, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Jumio's solutions can meet those requirements. You will create and deliver customer-facing technical presentations, showcasing the capabilities of our products. Your role will involve collaborating with the Bid Management team to complete solution proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring that our offerings are tailored to client specifications. You will also manage the onboarding process for enterprise clients, guiding them through the integration of our solutions into their existing systems. Your contributions will directly impact the sales team's effectiveness and the overall growth of the company.
