What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Tanium, you will work directly with our sales team from initial discovery to deal closure, playing a crucial role in shortening sales cycles and improving closing rates. You will oversee initial discovery meetings with customers, providing platform demonstrations and conducting technical Proof of Value engagements for both existing customers and new sales opportunities. Your role will involve translating customer business challenges into technical solutions, ensuring that Tanium is positioned to effectively solve those challenges.
You will lead technical discussions with customers, engaging them in conversations about their operational and business needs while presenting appropriate Tanium solutions. Your expertise will be vital in guiding customers through the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycle, helping them understand the value of our platform. You will collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers, from initial engagement through to successful implementation.
