Who you are
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning technologies. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the products you support. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are eager to learn about new technologies and methodologies.
Desirable
Experience with OpenAI products or similar AI technologies is a plus. Familiarity with software development processes and architectural patterns will help you guide clients effectively. A background in customer success or technical account management can also enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. You will outline the value proposition of OpenAI's solutions, clarify technical requirements, and address product-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating how the ChatGPT business product can meet customers' business needs through tailored demos, use case scoping, and proof of concepts. You will partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their pre-sales needs and guide their AI strategy, identifying the highest value use cases and applications. Additionally, you will serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, ensuring that customers feel confident in the solutions you provide.
