Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes deployment planning, orchestration, and change management, and you are skilled in programming languages, debugging, and systems design. You excel at engaging with, presenting to, and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders, and you are willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
Your preferred qualifications include experience in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, or Security. You are familiar with Google Cloud products and can differentiate them from the competition. You have worked with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers and have experience in developing or implementing AI agents in an enterprise environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will facilitate the adoption of Google Cloud products by educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses, helping them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You will assist customers in accelerating deployment and drive the progress of initial and ongoing ramp of license agreements, ensuring customers move from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible. You will identify expansion opportunities for new license agreements within the account during project execution and drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value and secure future contract renewals.
