Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture, particularly in customer-facing or support roles. Your ability to engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders sets you apart, as does your experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, and conducting customer workshops.
Your background includes hands-on experience with cloud development, on-premise development, virtualization, and containerization platforms. You have a knack for building long-term technical strategies that help uncover new workloads with customers, and you are adept at migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. Your understanding of security concepts, including encryption, identity management, and access control, is robust, allowing you to promote technical solutions effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the technical engagement during the solution phase, ensuring that customer needs are met and that delivery plans are well-defined. You will facilitate the post-business transition by supporting pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams. Your role will involve maintaining awareness of progress against the delivery plan and providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases.
You will also be responsible for driving the entire business cycle, from defining the delivery and consumption plan to executing it. Your expertise will help customers transform their operations using Google Cloud technologies, ensuring they see the benefits of our solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies, to help them leverage the full stack of Google Cloud services.
