Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes driving new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering for hardware products, as well as experience with test engineering or data center products. With 8 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware development environments, you are adept at managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. You possess a strong understanding of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies, and you have a proven track record of managing technical projects from planning to execution and delivery.

You are comfortable communicating with both technical teams and executives, ensuring that project goals and deliverables are clearly understood. Your problem-solving skills enable you to address challenges effectively, ensuring on-time delivery of projects. You thrive in collaborative environments, facilitating communication and alignment among stakeholders to drive project success.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. Your role will involve driving communication with internal stakeholders and partners regarding manufacturing test development status, utilizing reviews and dashboards to keep everyone informed. You will collaborate with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and on track.

You will facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and deliverables. Your ability to explain technical analyses and recommendations will be crucial in discussions with executives and engineers alike. You will be responsible for addressing challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
