What you'll do
As a Shift Supervisor - Lead Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shifts. This includes managing the barista team, ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. You will work closely with the Site Leader to implement operational strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Your role will involve training new baristas, providing ongoing support and feedback, and fostering a positive team culture.
